Shona and Gok Want Your Videos Responses!

How to Look Good Naked has launched a campaign to get body confidence taught as part of the national curriculum. Shona and Gok want to know what you think of the idea and what experiences you’ve had with body confidence issues. Upload a video and if Gok and Shona like it enough it might even appear on the show, as well as right here.

hi gok . im emma and im only age 15
and im finding it hard to know what to wear at my age , at times i want to look grown up but still keep the youthy look with me , i have very little confidence and find it hard to change into clothes that i havnt worn before , i tend to just wear skinny jeans and a top and i need to change this because i tend to look the same all the time and its boring
i would love you to start a show for younger girls to help them with their confidence issues and help us find what to wear , because i know theres alot more out there like me
i also find the recommended websites from you for my shape awesome they’ve really helped but now its just putting them to the test , i just need a build of confidence
