You should make plans to come to Canada and tape a few shows here…WE NEED YOU!!!! We have nothing that compares to “How to Look Good Naked” and it’s badly needed! We’re lucky that one of our networks airs your program! Gok would just be amazing with giving Canadian women back their confidence and letting us show how scrumptious we can be! Colin & Justin came to Canada and have taken over the country with their “Home Heist” show(and we can’t get enough of them!) lol!!! Won’t you please consider it?!?!?

Just wanted to say thanks – live in NZ and am addicted to your show – really curvy and have always been self-conscious – but on the weekend I bought a pencil skirt and some fishnets plus a floaty blouse – you’ve changed my perspective on my thighs and bum – can’t begin to thank you enough for the confidence boost. Fancy a trip down under to complete what you started?

I a 56 yrs of age and as far back as i can remember,i have had a complex about my body. i am a GINGER and that is so horrible, i am full of freckles, hairy, hate everything about myself. i do not have a relationship because i am embarressed about being knacked. I do not have the courage to apply for the show, i do asmire the women who do! I am disabled due to lower back problems and since this happened i cannot do exersise, i have lost nearly 3 stone and i am flabby. YUK!

LOVE your show its great to finally see something for women with real bodies that makes you feel that being your shape is okay. At 42 I have come to the realisation that I will never be a thin waif. My shape is unique to me and I am still trying to figure out what shape I am. Maybe pear maybe apple someting in between possibly..My issues are around the middle It appears i am 6 mths preggy but those days are long gone!LOL Oh well never mind. I now know that not all men want the thin waif look and feel more positive about being me. My partner also watches the show with me and constantly reminds me that he told me so. So Gok good for you keep up the good work to get the message across. Maybe you could do a world tour and come to New Zealand to show us Kiwi Birds how to look good.

Im ashamed of the way i look and never get changed in public or with the light on. I never look at myself naked as it would make me feel sick. I wish a hole would appear and swallow me up. I have the rest of my life to be alone as no one would ever want to see me naked. I hid from my husbands for years.
Please help 50 is approaching and im lost in this terrible fat ugly world i live in.
I would like to do this firstly for myself and for my 2 daughters so they could be proud of me for once.xxx

Hi, I am 26 and I love to watch Gok because he makes me feel so much better about myself. All women are beautiful and just need a little self confidence for this beauty to shine. Thanks Gok.
April 20th, 2009 at 1:56 pm
Gok is amazing – he makes such a difference to the way women see themselves! The ladies who appear on his show every week I believe are helping to show the world what real women look like. We’re not all size 5′11 and size 6. After watching the show for ages I found a photographer who specialises in nude portraits, so I decided to have my own naked photo shoot and the pics are so amazing and have been such a boost to my confidence. I would recommend it to everyone!

Hi Gok!
I just want to thank you for showing us curvy girls we have nowt to be ashamed of over our bodies. Yes I was having bad clothes days and yes I do have a disability (Bipolar Affective Disorder type 2) which resulted in me buying total crap as I have never had a good body image -I saw faults before I saw the positives. Lately
thanks to help and encouragement off my lovely husband (who also had to shoehorn me into decent clothes) I am starting to see that I am a gorgeous curvy girl with model height (5′10″) and long long legs that most women would kill for/ However thanks to having SAD I lose the plot when getting dressed and buying gorgeous stuff in the winter. I need reminding especially then how lovely i am when I am not feeling at my best.
Can you help?

I can only thank you for giving hope to myself and thousands over other women. I have sat and cried watching your show and smiled when you have transformed someone. I`m 5ft 11 and a size 16/18 so i should feel amazing. But as Gok demonstrates its whats inside your heart how you feel that is important. Keep up the good work. I am in the process of applying….

Just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed How to Look Good Naked as well as Miss Naked Beauty. Both excellent shows which help women to see their beauty from the inside out!
Gok does an amazing job. It’s refreshing to see someone so committed to helping women and with so much compassion for them as well.
Canada could surely use a dose of Gok!
May 20th, 2009 at 10:37 pm

May 27th, 2009 at 11:40 am
Hi Gok, I just would like to say how wonderful your show is. I have just turned 60, a young sixty, and enjoy watching it every time it is on. However, I was speaking with another friend who is 68 and she was saying, it would be wonderful to see some shows with women in the age bracket over 60 who still wish to look their best, and see what you can do for them too. Just a suggestion. I thought that was a marvelous idea, as when we get to be 60 and after, we seem to get forgotten in the fashion field by everyone. Thank you again for your compassion and kindness towards all the women you have helped. There are few and far between like yourself to be found to help a woman’s self esteem. Take Care, and welcome to Canada when you arrive. Ingrid

Hi my name is Mel Grey and i would like to submit an application for your program on behalf of my lovely wife Maxine. She has been diagnosed as having thyroid problems and has put on a little weight, and because of this she has got a real problem with her now fuller female figure. I think she looks lovely but i know it bothers her, so please consider her for the Gok treatment and work your majic on her so her confidence will be recindled and help her be happy for who she is rather than the size she is!! Thank you Mel Grey.

Hi Gok, im 15 years old and have no self confidence about my looks or body. I’ve always been under the weather about my weight and body problems such as weight gain. I have a very large frame and have big bones so i guess thats one bulletpoint on how im the sie i am today. I have amazing boobs which i love to flaunt but i can never wear the flashy stuff most teenagers wear because i have no body confidence to flaunt it. I was hoping you’d be my siren call and do a programme on body confidence for teenagers as they’re going through massive peer preasure and bullying in school which really depresses girls. As a former victom of bullying, i want to put it as a stop and just love myself to who i am on the outside not only the inside. Please Please can you help me?!
i’ve never missed youur shows and i think youu are amaing and insperational. Thank you for you’r time in reading this comment, and i hope you take this into deep consideration. Take care and much love. Becks x
